Our goal is to provide a positive and challenging environment that promotes health, fitness, well being and community to ensure you reach your goals.
Are you ready to start the transformation process? We can help. Chose from personal or group training (tailored to you or you and your group), group fitness classes (structured to accommodate 4-6 people) or complete your own workout at any hour of the day that is convenient for you. We have a large, open main room that offers cardio machines, weight machines, free weights, a speed bag, throwing ropes, foam rollers… the list goes on and on! We also have a smaller room, our group fitness room, that you can use when there are no classes going on. In there, you’ll have access to more free weights, resistance bands, yoga mats, exercise balls and kettle bells.
It is our job to educate our members. We have certifications and degrees so that we can teach you what you need to know to succeed. We believe that knowledge is one of the keys to your success. Our trainers would love to work with you one on one through personal training to help you reach your goals.
